Job Description:

• Handling accounts payable related to non-trade transactions, ensuring all non-trade expenses are processed accurately and timely.
• Acting as the point of contact between purchasers, engineers, and the finance team to streamline communication and ensure smooth operations.
• Managing the process of issuing payments to vendors and service providers, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
• Generating and analyzing monthly financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Preparing and maintaining the accounts payable ageing report and managing cash flow for non-trade activities to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to manage the logistics and financial aspects of non-trade incoming shipments.

Job Description:

• Manage full sets of accounts includes performing daily accounting & finance duties such as receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Ensure integrity of GL & timely closing of accounts.
• Prepare monthly closing journal adjustment.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Support business controller with common accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) including full set accounting practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely GST submissions and corporate income tax filings.

The Scientific Officer is responsible for conducting analytical experiments and assisting with administration duties in SPC.

Responsibilities:

• Metabolite extraction from clinical and environmental samples
• Operate UPLC-QTOF, UPLC-TQ and NMR for metabolomics using standard operation protocol
• Report the results internally with the centre and department
• Assisting with various projects and operation of the centre

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a degree in Chemistry
• Experience in analytical instruments such as LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, QTOF, TQ, Mass Spectrometry Imagining would be highly desirable
