• Prepare monthly reports, current engagement reports, and engagement programmes for clients
• Perform site walks, house-to-house visits to residential areas
• Assist and support Site Coordinator/ Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.
• PROs/APROs are responsible for the maintenance of good relations and rapport between residents and other relevant parties through effective communication in English and one other official language. Ability to speak one other Chinese dialect is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level in a relevant discipline
• At least 1 years' of public relations working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient in both English and Chinese as this position requires to liaise with mandarin-speaking residents
• Good client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties
• Resourceful and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently, organized and possess positive working attitude
• Prefer candidate that have experience liaising with and between HDB, Residents' Committees (RCs), and Town Councils.
