JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Volunteer Management

• Assist in the engagement of new/existing volunteers and external stakeholders (schools and corporate partners). Duties include providing volunteer events management support.
• Assist in the coordination of on-boarding process and training sessions for new volunteers, partnering schools and organisations.
• Maintain volunteer programme schedule and events calendar.
• Assist in matching volunteers’ skills with available roles, help volunteers understand their responsibilities and ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support on volunteer related requests.
• Provide support and help to set-up for volunteer related activities and meetings including meetings on digital platforms.

In-Kind Donation Management

• Coordinate with donors and internal staff on the receipt of items.
• Prepare and issue acknowledgement letter to donors.

Administrative Support

• Assist in data collection, maintain proper filing system, including data management such as data entry.
• Work closely with Nursing department to coordinate the selection of residents for activity.
• Provide support to ensure the volunteer programme are conducted smoothly.
• Assist in any frontline service and management of volunteers as and when the need arises.
• Assist and support corporate events.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
• Relevant experience in working with volunteers will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in using Zoom and other virtual meeting application

Job Description

PRO/APRO should possess the knowledge and ability to ensure the effective management of public relation issues and addressing general project queries from residents with tact and patience.

PROs/APROs are responsible for the maintenance of good relations and rapport between residents and other relevant parties through effective communication in English and one other official language. Ability to speak one other Chinese dialect is a plus.

Job will include:-

- Attending to residents' feedback, queries, requests, and complaints with tact and patience.

- Preparing administrative reports for key indicators such as units completion, water testing, residents' choice/changes, etc.

-Preparing work schedules and documentations

- Arrange of water tests

- Setting up organized systems for filing and HIP programmes

- Liaising with sub-contractors on residents' requirements and changes to ensure the punctual completion of units

- Liaising with and between HDB, Residents' Committees (RCs), and Town Councils.

About the Role

Responsible for building and managing relationships with all of AIA’s custodian partners for retail accounts. Drive the overall efficiency of the onboarding new partners, account opening, as well as ongoing managing, monitoring and reporting processes

What you will do:

• Establish an efficient and integrated process of custodian account opening, problem solving for new accounts, due diligence checking and ongoing account asset value monitoring/reporting
• Build and manage business partnering relationships and as well as onboarding of new custodian partners
• Responsible for account value updates, maintenances as well as account analytics to support internal analysis and reporting
• Lead all the requests and issues in relation to custodian account opening and maintenance including but not limited to asset transfer, deduction of charges, buying/selling/replacing assets, top-ups, withdraws, change of particulars
• Liaise with Asset Managers (appointed by Customer), where applicable, on signing of LPOA and all transaction requests triggered by AIA or client
• Manage the end-to-end process, and responsible for the overall efficiency of the custodian account opening, managing, updating, and reporting processes

Other focus areas include assisting with

• Accounting issues and vital reporting
• Regular reviews and internal/external audits
• Regulatory and internal reporting

What you should have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in financial industry
• Collaborative, great sense of responsibility and a strong team player
• Possess a passion for capital markets and dealing with enjoy working with various stakeholders
• Investment performance reporting / risk analysis experience will be an added advantage
• Familiar with investment reporting system and MS office applications including Excel, Power Point, Word
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; accuracy and detail orientated
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate and verbalise thoughts, ideas, and reasoning
• Positive and energetic with potential to learn and grow
