Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced candidate would be considered for senior role
• Hands-on accounts and finance functions and processes with problem solving skillset
• Familiar with accounting standards, taxes, GST, best practices and other relevant rules and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Report to M&E Director and Client Representative
• Station at site for a Retail and F&B project
• Supervision of M&E-related works to ensure that material and workmanship are in accordance with approved specifications and drawings. Any non-conformity to be identified and highlighted.
• Identification and Highlight of non-conformances
• Attend to site walk, site meetings and testing and commissioning.
• Review site installation documents such as risk assessment and method of statement, as-built drawings and OMM.
• Liaison with contractors on site-related matters and resolve site issues.
• Ensure contractors comply with site safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed site records/filing.
• Assist in verfication of site progress for progress payment claims.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from locally recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building services in supervision of commercial developments
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services and local construction practices
• Proficient in MS Words and Excel.
• Work on night shift as and when required. (Work shifts hours and arrangements shall comply with MOM requirements)

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewer system, commuters facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc.
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems systems and gantry crane and submit evaluation report endorsed by a PE
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 3 years experience in either geotechnical works or airport construction.
• Possess a valid RTO cert by IES Singapore
