Job Summary

Junior Research Technologist performs laboratory functions in routine research assays. Following company laboratory and safety procedures with minimum supervision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all Lab Job Ticket assigned are performed accordingly and completed on time.

• Performs assigned tasks in prioritized, logical, and timely manner.

• Tests in accordance with specifications provided.

• Perform all core function/testing required by this position

• Enter test data and conditions into the lab system

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" level, NITEC or Diploma. Preferably Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology

• 1 year of related work experience.

• Work experience in a Laboratory environment will be preferred.

• Entry level with relevant educational background can apply

• Cultivate a compelling Public Relations campaign strategy, crafting engaging stories for our brands and campaigns, writing PR releases, and skilfully interacting with the media and organizing media events.

• Keep ahead of big data insights and social trends, offering thought leadership and innovative perspectives on adopting emerging media platforms and technologies.

• Efficiently manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Brief our design team on non-digital collateral development and oversee the production process to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.

• Uphold the company's corporate governance, workplace practices, and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, especially for events and roadshows.

• Embrace additional duties reasonably assigned by management, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analytics, digital ad serving tools, and familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

• Enthusiastic learner (including the area of Generative AI), self-motivated, and adept at thriving within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and synergy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling:

• Efficiently arrange appointments for customers.
• Maintain an organized schedule of booking.

2. Communication Handling:

• Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries from visitors and customers.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to enquiries.

3. Inventory Management:

• Manage and maintain inventory.
• Stock up and Drawing out of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management on replenishment of supplies.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required or assigned.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the space.

5. Support for Preventive Care Activities:

• Provide the necessary logistics support for Preventive Care Activities
• Handle and maintain Preventive Care equipment with care and professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.

6. Frontline Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customer.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

7. Sales Support:

• Assist in activities related to sales and promotions within the healthcare center.

8. Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and preferably able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
2. Energetic and a team player.
3. Possess good complexion with excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
