Job Scope:

• Loading/Unloading and handling units/materials into machine in compliance to SOP.

• Delivery of materials using trolley.

• Consolidation and transfer of unwanted materials for scrap waste.

• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the recruitment which includes sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing process
• Create and maintain job descriptions within the company
• Conducts new employee onboarding and orientation
• Process all work pass applications, issuance, and all related matters
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Liaise and arrange work schedules with part-timers
• Prepare recruitment/manpower summary reports and attrition reports
• Arrange and manage thumbprint and collection of all work pass cards
• Assist with bank account applications for new staff
• Arrange medical check-ups for employees when required
• Update employees’ addresses in OFWAS
• Liaise with MOM
• Issue staffs uniform and locker keys for Kitchen & Operation Department
• Record and conduct inventory of stocks for uniform
• Clean, print and insert food tag
• Assist in other HR and admin functions
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR experience in Singapore
• Possesses a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines
• Experience in using HR systems is an advantage
• Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
• Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working days: 5 days

• Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR Management System (Info- Tech), and Personnel File .
• Responsible for monthly payroll.
• Responsible for statutory payment submission and claims - CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government- Paid Leave ,training grant etc. submission.
• Participate in MOM surveys.
• Prepare all employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, off-boarding procedures etc.
• Manage work passes renewal, applications, cancellation and levy waiver requests.
• Attend to employees’ queries on various HR related matters.
• Visa application.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, conduct interview and collaborate with hiring managers to onboarding.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Candidate with experience in using Info-Tech system will be an added
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
• Immediate position
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to manage documentation in Chinese and communicate with HQ staff from China)
