He/she will be reporting to the DLP Team Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

• Plan, deploy and implement Data Loss Prevention on security projects and initiatives
• Responsible for management, advanced configuration, monitoring and fine tuning of Data Loss Prevention solution
• Configure, develop and maintain DLP tools & platform, SIEM and threat detection tools
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT Incident Management, DLP Operations or SOC
• Experience in multiple channels of DLP implementation and operations
• Good team player as well as strong communications skills

The Travel Operations Manager/ Assistant Manager is a key role combining operational excellence with client-facing support. You will lead a team of operations specialists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all travel-related services for our clients. This includes managing travel bookings, collaborating with the sales team on quotations, optimizing travel costs, and providing exceptional support to both clients and internal stakeholders. Some travel may be required to meet with clients or vendors.

- Team Leadership:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service management and/or travel industry operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Marketing Support:

• Manage paperwork and documentation related to marketing initiatives.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the marketing team.

HR Support:

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR data with a focus on confidentiality.
• Assist in filing and data entry for HR documentation.
• Support HR initiatives as needed, including assisting with employee communications.
• Perform other ad hoc duties related to HR as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Generate Delivery orders, PO and invoices.
• Printing, Sorting, Filling of Delivery Order and Tax invoice
• Issue Debit and Credit note
• Ordering of office equipment and stationeries such as toner, A4 paper, envelop and etc…
• Sending Statement of Accounts to customer every month.
• Consolidate and submit petty cash summary to accounts every month.
• Attend sales inquiry and process order via email / phone calls.
• Update and follow up with customer outstanding order.
• Liaise with customer of goods collection method and payment
