Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

Skills

4. Able to commit to 2 weekday nights & 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) at least , occasionally both weekends
5. Fluent in mandarin (added advantage)

Job Description

The candidate is expected to conduct original and quality research in experimental condensed matter physics, including quantum materials and superconductivity. The candidate is also expected to be able to attract research funding from various public research agencies in Singapore, such as MOE and NRF.

Participate in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels as well as supervision of student research projects.

Contribute to service duties as required.

Qualifications

The candidate is expected to have a PhD degree in Physics or related areas and have postdoctoral research experience with an excellent publication record.
