• Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
• Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
• Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
• Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
• Submission of claims through various insurance portals
• E-filing of patient details/chats with patients
• Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
• This role will require standing in as a chaperone for patients

Requirements

• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a team-player
• Service-oriented
• Willing to learn
• Relevant clinic experience prior would be preferred
• 5.5 days: Monday - Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Sat (half-day morning) 9.30 am to 1.30 pm
• no shift

Off on Public holidays and Sundays.
