Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide GST advisory and compliance services to our clients and work in a growing team dealing with a challenging area of tax, as well as managing issues ranging from routine compliance matters to complex cross-border transactions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

· At least 2 years of GST experience preferably with an international accounting firm

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field. An accreditation with SCTP would be an added advantage

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Analytical mind and meticulous

· Ability to work under tight deadlines

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) in Singapore brings together physicists, computer scientists and engineers to do basic research on quantum physics and to build devices based on quantum phenomena. Job Description

The candidate will participate to the development and design of a quantum processor using neutral atoms array. In particular, participate to the design of the vacuum system, characterisation of the laser system, implementation of the optical systems, and interfacing of the experimental setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

· Manage the pantry by organizing supplies, monitoring inventory, and restocking when needed

· Oversee the administrative function for the office, including office equipment maintenance and procurement

· Manage office supplies, such as stationery and grocery supplies

Human Resource Administration

· Perform general HR administrative tasks, including preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and other relevant documentation

· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper record-keeping practices.

· Coordinate interviews with candidates

· Take charge of planning and organizing company events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and other corporate gatherings.

· Handle employee inquiries and provide general support related to HR policies and procedures

· Assist with visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable guidelines

· Facilitate the submission of applications for Government Paid Leave, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

· Min 3 years experience in HR/Admin

· Strong organizational and time management skills
