Project Management

• To responsible for the effectiveness of project execution, site progression and successful completion within agreed time, cost, quality and safety & health
• To map out master construction program and to monitor site work progression at regular intervals
• To oversees the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project on time in accordance to contractual/ agreed completion dates/ work phases

• Control of the usage of machineries/ equipments/ utilities on site.
• Control of direct labour costs in labour allocation and working of overtime & etc.

Technical Understanding

• Understanding of drawings, specification requirements and contract scope of works.
• Understands the implications of different technical choices so as to meet the Project Manager’s objectives.
• Lead in providing value engineering solutions wherever feasible and viable.
• Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems and reports to Project Director (PD)
