Job Description

• Process designated e-commerce platforms daily incoming transactions, documents and records using our in-house system. Support the end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and related process on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and inventory using in-house system.
• Other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience with online order fulfillment processes
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and email communication

Job responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to Property Division including preparation of tenancy, Option to Purchase and documentations and to administer tasks accordingly and completed timely.
• Manage day to day tenancy related matters and address tenants’ feedback and requests promptly.
• Ensure proper handing and takeover of premises to/from tenants / buyers
• Address and respond to enquiry, feedback, and requests for property related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation filing record in orderly manner.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications.
• 1 – 3 years of related experience in Property Sales, Leasing, Property Management, office administration
• Possess strong interpersonal, technical, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist claim manager in handling all types of insurance coverage and claims (Marine Hull & Machinery/P & I/Cargo/Stevedoring)
• responsible for claim processing/assessment, investigation to establish authenticity of the claims
• Ensuring claims submissions received are processed timely
• Prepare and issue the correspondences/letters for obtaining the supporting claim documents, communication claim decision and handling feedback /enquiry from customers
• Purchase new insurance and following up insurance renewal for all ships
• update insurance records for all ships

Requirements:

• Has knowledge in Marine Hull & Machinery/P & I/Cargo/Stevedoring and all types insurance claims
• Has knowledge in arears in related to Bill of Lading, contract and marine legal matter
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in related filed
• Has knowledge of tugs and barges operations in an added advantage

• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of document management systems and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
