The Role

Job Description :

• Provide detailed reports to the Horticulturist on landscape maintenance matters, covering trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and aquatic plants.
• Support the development and execution of a maintenance plan in line with international standards for golf course landscapes.
• Manage and control the budget for landscape maintenance and projects effectively.
• Plan, organize, schedule, deploy, and train the Course Superintendent, Workshop & Equipment team, Groundsmen, and Landscape Course Supervisors.
• Assist in tree inspection across the property to ensure health and aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the horticulture and turf departments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscape, Biology or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in horticulture
• Experience in event plant display, both with real and artificial plants
• Possess knowledge and experience in andscape and design.

Responsibilities
