• Position : Accounts Assistant -AP/AR (NO OT)
• Location : Tuas - daily company transport to/from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Mobile allowance
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle partial set of accounts
• Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured and all payments are properly supported and approved according to corporate policy
• Preparation of month end schedules and reconciliation
• Perform cost analysis

Requirements:

• LCCI Accounting in Accountancy or its equivalent preferred
• Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Responsibilities

• Counter duties such as registration, manage payments, promotion of packages etc.
• Assist clinic manager with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
• To assist patients with the booking of their appointments and health screening.
• To generate/ tabulate data and administrative work
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Preferably with relevant working experience
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
