Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of HR & Office Admin in an efficient manner.
• Manage employee’s onboarding and offboarding tasks such as issue access card, welcome gifts, etc.
• Responsible for travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation logistics, visa applications, and staying updated on border and quarantine regulations.
• Manage, purchase and maintain office and pantry supplies such as stationeries, courier, aircon, water dispenser, etc.
• Plan, organize and execute employee’s engagement activities, projects, initiatives when required.
