• Responsible for negotiating, ensuring timely renewals on existing allocated and establish new customers
• Assist and guide contract executives for their assigned customers and other allocated tasks when necessary.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all clauses and implications in contract administration are properly addressed and resolved
• Value-add to current product sales by promoting related and or / new products
• Develop good product knowledge and market awareness
• Assist in working towards contribution towards Financial Year Targets
• Any other duties assigned by Contract Manager , Senior Contract Manager and Head of Service Division

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Picking , Packing, Dispensing Medication

WORKING HOURS:

• 5.5 days, every Saturday
  - Monday to Friday: 8.30m to 5.30pm
  - Every Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
  - Rotation: 10.45am to 8.15pm (One week once a month)

WORK PLACE:

• Novena / Yishun

Job Description

• Maintain the accuracy of employee-related information in database.
• Support full spectrum of HR including recruitment, HR operations, manpower planning, leave recording.
• Work pass application/renewal etc.
• Provide administrative support to the company’s operations, such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment etc.
• Handle reception duties and attend to guests when needed.
• Other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the manager.

The Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant.
• At least 2-year related experience.
• Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Ordinance is preferable.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
• Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel.
• Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin
• Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
