Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
• Assist in daily Account receivable functions
• Assist in data entry of receipts and customer invoices in accounting system
• Handle Bank reconciliation
• Preparation of AR supporting schedules
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management (if any)

Our client is a reputable board consultancy services company. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate secretarial services to clients
• Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings
• Manage clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
• Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
• Participate in design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing processes or systems to increase effectiveness of team operations
• Oversee junior members of the team
• Contribute to the management and growth of team including work review, coaching and staff development.

Requirements:

• ICSA graduate, preferably with degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines.
• Min 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience, with comprehensive understanding of Singapore Companies Act
• Good communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of management
