The Services required are set out as follows:
• To assist the Administration Manager (AM) / School Leaders in the day-to-day operation of the school front counter, in general administration and in the school’s service excellence initiatives to achieve positive customer relations and satisfaction level.
The Personnel’s duties and responsibilities include:
• Handle phone calls, walk-ins and general enquiries from parents, students, and members of the public
• Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
• Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ messages from phone calls or walk-in parents
• Manage items on loan and/or for collection as assigned by the Admin Manager or VPA
• Manage stock of spare uniforms, office stationeries and pantry items
• Manage snail mails as instructed by Admin Manager or VPA
• Assist in the counting and sorting / distribution of brochures or leaflets / items to the teachers and students
• Maintain stock of first aid supplies
• Maintain the forms in General Office (ensure forms are current and replenished timely)
• Maintain tidiness of the reception area at all times
• Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the School Leaders / AM
• The Personnel is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by SH/HOD overseeing the department
