Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

Salary:
- Competitive salary structured towards helping employees grow with the company
- $2,700-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)
- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month

• Working hour: 8:30am - 6pm
• Salary: $1900 - $2500
• Office Location: Near Ubi / MacPherson MRT

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to achieve task/projects
• Plan and manage the schedule for operations to fulfil projects timelines and requirements
• Respond to customers and plan operations to service past projects.
• Monitor operations manhours.
• Proper documentation for job filing and input information into sever
• Perform department administrative and operational tasks
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
