Shift Schedules:

Full Time TMS Executive (40 hours):

Staff will be rostered to work on the following shifts:

Morning 7:30am - 4:30pm, Afternoon 1:30pm - 10:30pm, or Night 6pm - 3am.

Shifts will follow a hybrid arrangement: morning and afternoon shifts are to be done from office, while night is done remotely. Staff can expect to do more night shifts, with a cap of 10 night shifts per month.

Part-Time TMS Executive (20 hours):

Work schedule consists of 20 hours per week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays. Staff will be rostered to work on the following shifts:

(A) 10am - 2pm, (B) 5pm - 9pm, or (C) 9pm - 1am. Shifts will be done remotely.

Job Description

• Gather and organize data efficiently to craft compelling tender submissions, maintaining a comprehensive record of tenders for future analysis and internal rate evaluations using market reports.
• Compile necessary supporting documents and streamline vessel technical and operational information.
• Ensure precise referencing to charter party/contracts in all documentation.
• Prepare vessel technical and operational data for tender/proposal submissions.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reports for streamlined reporting.
• Monitor contract statuses closely for accurate billing procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse departments (Operations, Crew, Technical, and Purchase) throughout pre/post-fixture activities.
• Act as the primary liaison for various affiliates, partners, and agents regarding tenders and proposals.
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders in the offshore industry, including players, brokers, and agents, to stay informed about market trends and developments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime/Business/Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally within the offshore industry.
• Advantageous familiarity with key areas such as Marine Tenders (Standard BIMCOs CPA), OCIMF (OVID System), IMCA (CMID System), and HSE MS System.
• Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, proactive nature, and a positive attitude to effectively fulfil the demands of this role.

• Fulfil as a solutions provider for managed and unified communications solutions for corporate and SMB offices

• To grow and build a successful long-term relationship with the client by meeting and determining their business requirements.

• Good understanding of the Alcatel-Lucent/ Sangoma suite of UC products.

• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline.

• Develop new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Review and monitor own sales performance for gap closure to meet and/or exceed targets.

• Attend to customer requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions.

• Provide consultation and after-sales solutions to customers.
