Job Description:

• Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
• Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
• Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Job Purpose:

• Hands-on experience with knowledge of full spectrum of accounts

The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. The dedicated person will work with the programme manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the self-financing programme and ensure its service standard.
