Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Manages and maintains all student academic and financial records.
2. Administers a range of student academic services from enrolment, student pass matters to graduation.
3. Performs student academic services which include class schedule, issuance of the transcript, and the collection of course fees.
4. Cultivates good relationships with students and addresses their needs in administration-related matters.
5. Performs general admin duties.
