We are looking for a Project Executive to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the projects that are being assigned to him/ her. Reporting to the Project Manager in the Project Team, he/ she will

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.
• Assure all the deadlines are being met.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the business needs.

Job description:
Provide administrative & logistics support at the General Office, Centre of Excellence (COE) of the Mother Tongue Department as well as Head of Department (HOD) Room. The candidate is also to take charge of sick bay and printing duties.

Work timing:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break, service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Requirements:
3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English and Chinese

At least 3 years’ experience in school office administration

Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and translation tools

Bilingual with good communication skills (English and Chinese)

Good team player

Able to multi-task
