JOB PURPOSE

4. Pre & Post Sales Activities

• You are to follow up and follow through on sales leads expediently. This includes but not limited to preparing sales proposals/quotations/tender documents, presentations and product/application demonstrations.
• You are to keep track, monitor and review customer back orders and keep your customers updated.
• You are to submit weekly sales activity report to your HOD to account for your time, sales efforts and review your pipeline sales strategy.
• You are to analyse your accounts purchase history, buying trends and behaviour.
• Work with other team members/function groups to meet customers’ expectation of a reliable service.
• You are to conduct application training or product demonstrations to your customers and their employees when required.
• You are to provide the Marketing Dept customer details for marketing purpose.
• You are responsible for collection of accounts receivables from your customer accounts.

5. Corporate Sales & Marketing Strategy

• Align to corporate marketing strategies and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute corporate marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
• You will participate at trade events or any events that the Company is promoting its products/services. These may be local or overseas and extend into non work day/hours.
• You are to gather and feedback on competitor and customer data for sales and marketing analysis, create awareness of industry/market trends, competitor activities and product competitiveness.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• You are to liaise and attend meetings or networking sessions as and when necessary to aid business and organisational development.
• You are required to put in time and effort to self-learn products/applications and or attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

He/She should be passionate about marketing - be it content or analytics, and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels. The ideal candidate should be creative and proficient in graphic design tools and with a great learning attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communication materials of products.
• Actively brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas and campaigns to build product and brand awareness
• Formulate effective advertising and promotion strategies to optimise the exposure of brands in the most cost-effective way and ensure they are executed in line with desired standard & direction
• Experienced in building content distribution on social media channels and online platforms. Able to work independently and align with company visions and targets.
• Analyse campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising of the social media campaigns
• Support the planning and execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Support administration in marketing activities (such as tradeshows and fairs)
• In charge of creation and coordination of marketing materials and booth designs setup for tradeshows.
• To plan and coordinate in photo shoots and video shoots of new products when required
• Execute virtual events (such as Facebook & Tik Tok Live) and host frequent livestreams to capitalize on social media marketing for brand and product exposure.
• Work with B2B partners on brands collaboration for special events or launches and to monitor and ensure that the marketing campaigns are executed as per the agreed schedule(s).
• Compile comprehensive reports to provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and achievements of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Any other ad-hoc MARCOM tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in applying graphic design knowledge to create collaterals and digital marketing campaigns. Experience in the MICE industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro or other media editing software would be an advantage.
• Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Working knowledge in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics for effective campaign management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Analytics (GA4). A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
• Familiar with social media platforms (including XiaoHongShu).
• Strong verbal communication abilities.

1. Serve as Account Manager to Reseller & Corporate customer accounts

2. Perform processes including quotation submission, follow up to secure sales, prepare sales orders, schedule delivery and manage customer credit status

3. Maintain good customer relationship-professional conduct & excellent customer service standard (responsive communication, transaction accuracy, cooperative & supportive of customers' needs)
