What you need to do:

• Submit applications to Singapore Customs, Agent Application for Product Code and Customs Clearance Permit (CCP) through the Tradenet / Tradeweb system
• Declare all types of customs permits and other required processes to facilitate the smooth movement of goods in and out of Singapore in Compliance with the Singapore Customs requirement
• Perform checks in accordance with internal standard operating procedures (SOP), government regulatory requirements, and legislation to identify non-compliance
• Handle Singapore Customs inquiries as required
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD and/or management

What you need to have:

• Min. GCE O Level
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customs permit declaration is preferred
• Well-versed in MS Excel
• Min. knowledge of HS Code
