• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions

Jobscope

• Handles sales enquiries, follow up and close deals.
• Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
• Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by Senior Executive before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.
• Coordinate guests check in/out process with other relevant departments.
• Handles client complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to secure business partnership.
• Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
• Update and monitor social media platform and OTA/booking platforms.
• Monitor and manages from inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue

1. Accurately input data for local and overseas purchase orders;

3. Implement Merchandising System:

c. Creates SKU.

d. Generates and print price tags.

e. Updates changes to merchandise plan in the system as and when required.

4. Co-ordinates merchandise for photoshoot;
