- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Coordinate and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

1. Accurately input data for local and overseas purchase orders;

2. Checks on costing before all PO creation;

3. Implement Merchandising System:

a. Masters merchandising program/checklist. OTB, delivery schedule, monitoring holding stocks and sell-through.

b. Updates all price changes (PCM) promptly.

c. Creates SKU.

d. Generates and print price tags.

e. Updates changes to merchandise plan in the system as and when required.

4. Co-ordinates merchandise for photoshoot;

5. Prepares memos, letters, reports and agreements/contracts and file the same. Maintain files to ensure that all filings are current; and

6. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
