EXKLUSIVE LANDSCAPE PTE LTD (the “Company”) is a Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 14 February 1997 (Friday) in Singapore. The address of the Company’s registered office is at the WCEGA PLAZA building. The Company current operating status is live and has been operating for 23 years 11 days. The Company’s principal activity is landscape planting, care and maintenance service activities (eg garden installation and maintenance, grass cutting, tree felling, pruning) with building construction n.e.c. as the secondary activity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day General administrative duties, including filing, maintain good record keeping, data entry, Company licenses renewal and Company vehicle Management etc)
· Attend to emails and answering incoming calls,
· Manage and organize company documentation to ensure all records and documents are maintained
properly.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
· Arranging and scheduling meetings
· Provide general support to visitors (Refreshments and manage Door Access card).
· Book travel arrangements
· Liaise with suppliers and vendors for product or service inquiries, issue Purchase order and follow-ups on
delivery orders and invoices.
· Assist the payroll process by checking attendance records for overtime computation and submitting data to
HR systems.
· Assists in corporate events and staff recreational activities
· Administer foreign worker work passes related matter, i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
· Handle employees’ onboarding / orientation and off-boarding processes
· Handle employees' leave, attendance, welfare, and benefits
· Handle submission of government grants and claims
· Administer, maintain and update policies and procedures
· Administer employees’ competency and appraisal matrix
· Perform other admin duties as assigned by the management team
· Report to HR/Finance team
Job Requirements:
· 5.5 Working days
· Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel )
· Computer literate and handle emails / correspondences
· GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in HR/Business administration or related field
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Administrative task.
· Excellent team player and highly dependable
· Ability to interact and work with staffs of all levels
· Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well & eye for details
· Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure
· Strong organizational skills
· Immediate availability
