• Prepare weekly bulletins.

• Prepare materials for company ads

• Purchase office stationery and refreshments for meetings/events.

• Keep up to date the office general filling system;

• Co-ordinate internally for document processing;

• Handle documents of workers, certificate, record all personal data and other documents;

• General administrative duties & any other ad-hoc duties.

• To accept any additional duties as requested by the company director.

(B) Finance

• Count cash and cheques received over the previous week together with the OA.

• Bank in cash and cheques.

• Prepare cheques and payment vouchers.

• Post receipts and payments into the accounting software.

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.

• Prepare monthly bank and other reconciliations.

• Print and file full set of monthly financial (sales and expenses).

• Prepare and record sales documents (Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice, Payment Advice, Basic Book Keeping, etc);

• Handle full of company Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).

Must be a good team player and ability to work independently with initiative;

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify new business opportunities in target markets, including hotels, interior designers, and other commercial projects.
• Develop and execute strategies to approach potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and hotel operators.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving sales of curtains and related products to commercial clients.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for organizing files for proper documentation of the project;
• Coordination with Site Coordinators to record site details and report issue;
• Administers project team for fibre installation for non-residential/commercial building coordinates with client, building management and customers for site survey;
• Able to purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks application for all necessary utilities such as Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF, and etc;
• Involves in claim preparation, claim negotiation and claim settlement;
• Finalization of claim submission of work done cable work claims for Trial Hole, cable pulling, Pipelaying and Joint/Termination Claims to Power Grid NOVA System;
• Monitor and update the list of work done claims and work status;
• Able to report work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers;
• All other duties and tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
• AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
