Responsibilities:
Ā· Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office meetings, company events
Ā· Maintaining proper filing system
Ā· Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories (vending machine), work-desk allocation, office access card, phone system, door system, lift, office renovation and move etc (when necessary)
Ā· Undertake various comprehensive administrative tasks issued by the headquarters, and arrange to guide each branch to complete.
Ā· Administer and coordinator for OA system configuration.
Ā· Drafting news and reports for important projects in mandarin.
Ā· Responsible for Admin department procurement needs.
Ā· Provide assistance on reimbursement application.
Ā· Provide secretarial support to Senior Management on operational work
Ā· Provide assistance to Senior Management on important projects
Ā· Provide assistance support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Ā· Resolve all administrative problems
Ā· Any other ad hoc administrative task assigned
Requirements
Ā· Minimum Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources, business administration or other elated disciplines.
Ā· Minimum 5 yearsā experience as a HR generalist, 2 years in a supervisory role in HR with working experience in regional HR corporate practices, especially in HR policies/practices, and talent management.
Ā· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ā· Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance in APAC region.
Ā· Prior experience in driving performance initiatives hands-on.
Ā· Prior experience in Telecommunication Industry will be a plus.
Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)
