Duties of Project Sales Executive:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in B2B sales
• Experience in relevant industry, connections and a robust network within the construction / building sector is an added advantage

Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Accounts Payable Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and pay invoices and code them to appropriate accounts.
• Review and validate staff expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and perform cheques, GIRO, and TT payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and inter-company transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records and ensure confidentiality of financial data.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma (Accounting) with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office like Word & Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Netsuite preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST is a must.
• Must be able to handlehigh-volume work.
