Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 10% Increase)

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

(Working days of your choosing & mutually agreed with the company)

- 9.00am - 6.30pm

Job Scope

• Overseeing all online marketing activity.
• Manage online marketplaces (eg. Lazada & Shopee)
• Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.
• Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
• Ensure that all products information’s such as pictures, pricing, promotion, and stocks level are up to date.
• Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
• Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years of relevant working experiences in e-commerce/ marketplace
• Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, marketplaces will be advantageous.
