The HR Executive is responsible, as a part of the HR function in MooVita, to support and execute initiatives planned by management. Responsibilities revolve around the generalist scope ranging from HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Employee Exits. Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Be the point of contact for employees with matters pertaining to HR matters
• HR Administration such as documentation pertaining to Employee Records in HR System and maintenance of P-Files and Contracts

• Support in monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions
