Core Responsibilities (Accounting Part)
Preparation & analysis of reports & schedules for Finance & monthly Business Unit review
Check and process invoices and payments
Handle AP / AR and bank reconciliation tallying matters
Handle incoming emails, phone-calls and faxes liaising with external and internal customers and vendors
Handles all Accounts Payable functions such as verify invoices, monitor and process payments and claims
Monthly inter-company reconciliations
Manage ad hoc procurement responsibility
Reviewing of employees’ personal claims
Handle monthly closing of the Company account
Responsible for GST submission
Prepare tax and audit schedules and assist with IRAS submissions
Support and coordinate in all internal and external audits matters
Other ad hoc assignments as required
Responsible for relevant licenses applications and renewal (including but not limited to import, accounting software etc)
Communicate and Liaise with Company HQ Finance for any financial matters
Core Responsibilities (HR Part)
Responsible for managing the Time Management System
Provide day-to-day HR support including recruitment and general HR administration
Assist in recruitment activities, filter resume, arrange interview
Handle work passes application/renewal and administration
Responsible for staff training
Responsible for staff medical issue
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA
Min 3 years of relevant working experiences in F&B industry
Experience in Audit is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact and work with various levels of the company’s management.
Detailed, analytical, able to multitask and handle pressure well.
Keen to learn
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to commence work in short notice
Bilingual in English / Chinese (Spoken & Written)
