1, Job Purpose

The Operations Admin Executive shall provide operational support to the Restaurant General Manager and Executive Chef

2. Principal Accountabilities

• Support the General Manager and Executive Chef with the scheduling roster for all staff
• Assist the General Manager on operational matters such as getting uniforms and name tags ready for all staff
• Assist with the upkeeping of the restaurant
• Coordinate with vendors and IT to maintain the equipment in the restaurant
• Handles all invoices and billings by working closely with Finance
• Assist with the staff enquires whenever possible
• Assist in rolling out the company's initiatives whenever required

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
• Great coordination and communication skills
• Resourceful in resolving challenging situations

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admin cum HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative and human resources functions, with a focus on Microsoft Office proficiency, payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, data entry, onboarding, and conflict resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support in performance management
- Administer benefits programs and assist in policy development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• 3-5 years hands-on experiences in accounting on Inter-Co global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system

Job Description

· Sales Order (S/O) creation and updating / amendments for inter department circulation.

· Manage all MSS direct export accounts.

· Liaise with Meiji Japan accounts & Meiji Overseas local office accounts.

· Assist in inter department co-ordination of S/O, i.e. production, purchasing, shipping vessels etc.

· Assist in liaising of such support of orders with customer in-lieu of PIC.
