RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing (for 50 headcount), including reports and statutory submissions, in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Manage statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave reimbursements.
• Administer the Annual Training Programme, handling enrollment, payment processing, and record maintenance.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and oversee the training database and records.
• Coordinate business-related travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, transportation, and air tickets. (Liaise with external vendor for travel arrangements)
• Support the planning and execution of HRA projects, initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Participate in survey analysis and reporting.
• Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and off-boarding procedures. (Mainly for white collar corporate roles)
• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of employee information in the HRIS system.
• Manage company assets like phones, mobile WiFi routers, and oversee office administration.
• Administer company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or related field.
• 1-3 years of Payroll, HR and administrative experience in Singapore.
• Preferably familiar with Timesoft but not a must
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)..
• Knowledgeable about employment laws and practices in Singapore
