Job Scope

Donation administration: Data Entry

• Accurately inputting donor information into a database or spreadsheet.
• Recording donation amounts, dates, and payment methods.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Any other job given by supervisor.

Working Schedule

• 5 days work week
• 12 pm - 4pm
• Hourly rated

Accounts Duties:

• Handle full sets of Accounts for the company
• Data recording into Xero Accounting System
• AP/AR Duties

Admin Responsibilities

• Data Entry into Company IT System
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Provide general day-to-day support
• Sourcing and Purchase Office and Operation Supplies.
• Prepare Quotation and Invoices etc.

Candidates with no prior experience may apply as On-the-job training will be provided.

Candidate who with basic Accounting knowledge can apply and will be taught to handle full set of accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules.
• Filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Required Skill(s): Navision System (Highly Preferred), Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Cut & Bend Rebar/Steel Industries is highly preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Senior Executive with managerial/supervisory experience (must), specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
