Job Description & Requirements
Raise incidents, service request and change request for related IT service and Mobile devices,
• and its reporting
• Undertake change coordinator role to route Incidents/SR/CR to relevant parties
• Follow-up of Incidents/SR/CR raised till closure
• Renew and update maintenance and service contracts info
• Identify and apply measures to ensure appropriate actions are taken during onboarding and off
• boarding process of users
• Perform review of user accounts reports and submission
• Consolidate data for security report submission
• Provide ad-hoc report when required
• Manage VoIP admin matters like assigning extension numbers
• Respond promptly to requests raised by requestors
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties, including service desk and liaising with
• hardware vendors
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required.
