• Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate parties; Reporting on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement.
• Ensure the development team, field operations, or vendors deliver required work timely.
• Prepare operations manuals, and documents including scheduled and ad-hoc training clients on product usage.
• Ensure client requirements or feedback, and project issues are reported and escalated.
• Conduct basic testing with developers on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Work experience/Skills required:

• Possessing a Diploma or certification in a relevant field
• Having project management experience in R&R/A&A works or facilities management is highly valuable.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place for Sushi Counter and fish filleting.
• Help maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Aid in planning and executing new menus, including research, costing, and photo-shooting.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure kitchen equipment is in good condition.
• Manage proper food storage, budgeting food costs, wastage, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine.

• Posses valid Forklift License.
• GCE 'N' Level and above.
• At least 2 years of Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
