Reporting to the ENT Allied Health team lead, an Assistant Coordinator is an ancillary staff who is responsible to work in collaboration with Audiologists and Audio Technicians to provide assistance in

clinical, administrative and technical duties, to ensure continuity of patient care in their aural rehabilitation process.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:

1) Assist in clinic operational duties

• Managing daily operations of the service points assigned including front counter services, administrative and operational matters of the community clinics.
• Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of consumables, hearing aid stocks and office supplies in community clinics.
• Assist in scheduling of patients’ appointments using SAP especially for hearing test, hearing aid services and special arrangement in community clinics.
• Work with the audiologists to ensure a positive experience for the patients along the continuum of care and devise innovative ideas to improve the delivery of care and delight patients.
• Responsible for ensuring that the MHCs and SHCs are patient friendly, safe and spick & span.

2) Assists in triaging of patients:

• Triaging and assessing of all patients who are referred for hearing aid evaluation and/or tinnitus counselling session at specialist outpatient clinic.
• Conduct counselling on hearing aid styles, model and realistic expectation of hearing aids.
• Assess the patient’s readiness and interest in taking up hearing aids.
• Conduct relevant questionnaires to determine the degree of hearing handicap.
• Synthesize assessment information to identify patient’s main concerns and prioritize care needs.
• Work in partnership with patients and families on the services and options available. Coordinate the necessary referrals accordingly.
• Conduct financial counselling on hearing aid cost, consultation charges and subsidies available.

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

AI Singapore is sourcing for a 3 months’ temporary staff to join the Administration Team to assist in administrative tasks assigned by the Head, Finance & Administration. The candidate is expected to handle basic admin functions, paperwork relating to general administration, finance, procurement, facilities as well as basic coordination of projects supporting AI Singapore.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for general administrative duties including filing, printing, housekeeping, inventory management, mail collection, maintaining of office supplies and any other ad hoc tasks
2. Support the various Admin teams on day to day work in a various areas of research finance, procurement, facilities, human resources and project management.
3. Assisting the Admin team on events management such as sourcing for catering & logistics.
4. Assist in tracking, raising purchase requests, acceptance of deliveries and distribution of office & pantry supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
• Possess a can-do attitude and willing to take on new tasks and challenges whenever assigned
• Meticulous and able to pay attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Word & MS Excel

Job Description

The Department of Architecture invites applications for up to four Tenure Track positions in Landscape Architecture.

The Department of Architecture in the College of Design and Engineering is ranked among the top 10 in the world, and Asia’s best in Architecture/Built Environment, by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (2023). It offers the professionally accredited Master of Architecture programme as well as a range of graduate and undergraduate programmes in related fields such as urban planning/design, landscape architecture and conservation. The faculty is correspondingly diverse and international. Qualifications

Successful candidates should be actively engaged in landscape architectural research and design, including but not limited to geospatial analysis, landscape representation, urbanism, ecology, infrastructure, and landscape engineering. They should have interests in developing interdisciplinary research addressing pressing environmental, urban, and social challenges in Asia. Additional preferred qualifications include experience in professional practice or membership with professional bodies.

Successful candidates are expected to contribute to landscape design studios for undergraduate and post-graduate students, and core modules related to geodesign, ecological and environmental systems, landscape policy and planning, landscape representation, and materials or site engineering. Depending on the rank, candidates may also be considered for leadership roles within the Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture programmes. Senior rank candidates with outstanding research profile and high international standing may be directly hired as tenured faculty.

The Role

This position will be part of the Group Administration Department providing operational administrative services and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative activities such as providing professional front office services on receptionist duties.
• Attend to general enquiries/requests/feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, and where possible to direct to relevant depts/person in charge.
• Manage all main room and courier service activities.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms and boardroom.
• Manage the tea lady service and catering requests from departments.
• Perform daily inspections on meeting room furniture/equipment, and coordinate with tea lady to ensure that the room is return to original setup at the end of each meeting. Report any defects to the Corporate Real Estate Team promptly for follow up.
• Assist in preparing of cards (eg. office security access cards, CEA cards, etc) including the managing the issuance and return of cards.
• Manage the issuance and return of office security access cards
• Ensure sufficient office supplies and ordering of inventory including staff name cards, stationeries and consumables.
• Assist the Procurement & Contract Management team in small value purchase activities.
• Any other tasks and ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in building and maintaining a strong and efficient team to provide the guests with the highest possible level of service
