Job Description:

• Handles accounting data entry, bank reconciliation and day-to-day accounting functions
• Maintain accounting records and filing system
• Process payrolls
• Process internet fund transfers
• Assist with timely management reporting, the closing of month end account and annual audit
• Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, mostly flexible so long as job is done
• Yearly pay increment

Requirements:

• Familiar with numbers, best with a diploma/ degree in Accounting or ACCA equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in handling accounts and finance
• No experience but hardworking and keen learners are welcomed!
• Able to use Excel and MS Office applications, and familiar with accounting softwares
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
