Job Description:

A Japanese food importer is looking for an administrative staff who can handle invoice and data making.

1. Invoices making and issuing
2. Data entering and making
3. Sales supporting tasks (Checking prohibited items and required documents and so on)
4. Other Ad hoc related tasks when required by managements
5. Communication with transporting and customs clearance agents

Job Requirements:

1. Interested in and like Japanese food
2. Experience of administrative/sales assistant/secretary is advantage
3. Experience of engaging of customs clearance (Related to Foods) is great advantage
4. Good interpersonal skills and team player
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Scope

• Define clear project objectives and deliverables to ensure they align with organizational goals.
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of project management.
• Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for coordinating with the Customer’s Representative.
• Assume accountability on behalf of the Contractor for all phases of the system lifecycle, including design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services.
• Coordinate project activities among the Customer, existing vendors, and other relevant parties as directed by the Customer.
• Manage changes within project parameters, including scope, resources, and schedule.
• Monitor and maintain records of documentation, hardware, and software supplied for system and service delivery.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans, and schedules.
• Implement changes within project constraints, such as scope, resources, and schedule adjustments.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree. (any technical field of study)
• Project Management certification (PMP), is preferred
• Possess a Construction Safety course - CSCPM will be an advantage
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to take initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and superior customer service skills to work effectively with both internal and external clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with other trades to integrate designs between the Platform and Systems.
• Drafting the General Arrangement Plan (GAP).
• Compiling tender proposals and technical specifications for tender submissions.
• Establishing Major Equipment Specifications and Selections.
• Verifying the accuracy and maintenance of equipment specifications, technical information, functional description documents, installation control documents, and interface design specifications, ensuring they are correctly utilized in design activities.

• Developing new designs and design concepts.
• Identifying and acquiring new design tools.

• Addressing design aspects for systems including Radars, Navigation Comms, Integrated Comms, Integrated Combat Systems, and Layout designs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marine / Maritime Related Projects
