• 6 off days/ per month (including Weekends)

Responsibility:

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist and respond to all customers enquires via emails and callings.
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Record customer information into system.
• Assist stock take and ordering of stocks needed.
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• No experience welcome. Training will be provided
• Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Customer service-oriented and able to build strong client relationships.
• Able to commit retail hours.
