The Services required are set out as follows:
a. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office
and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and
equipment are well maintained, including:
• Collating of data for the college
• Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.
• Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms
• Administer student / staff information
• Organise office stores and physical library resources
• Design and decorate the general office and library spaces
• Maintain a collection of newspaper articles suitable for use as
supplementary resources to support teaching and learning
• Assist in coordinating with supplier(s) on the delivery of office supplies,
teaching resources and library resources
• Loan of ICT/AV equipment
• Printing, photocopying and filing of materials
• Set up refreshments for meetings
• Any other duties as assigned by AM
