Key Responsibilities

Strategy development: Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives, targeting specific segments and maximising market opportunities. Team management: Lead and develop a small regional marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve objectives. Collaborate and align with other marketing teams especially Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Content Marketing to ensure marketing programs are completed successfully.

Brand management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities within the region and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in promotional materials and communication. Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints and channels.

Performance analysis: Track, analyse and report back on marketing campaign performance with KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide reports and insights to management. Use the insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics.

Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as regional sales teams, external agencies, vendors and industry partners, to drive collaboration and support marketing strategies.

• Be the first point of contact on all issues relating to the international payment process
• Deliver unparalleled customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via telephone and email
• Manage high call and email volumes and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
• Interact with new and existing clients on inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Promote customer conversions by selling the benefits of OFX service compared to that of its competitors
• Understand and disseminate information relating to currency fluctuations and financial markets
• Complete the activation of customer registrations
• Set up new client accounts and explain how our online service works
• Follow up with unverified clients, compliance and AML regulation issues
• Complete KYC questioning on new clients up and follow up in a timely manner
• Quote prices, manage/set client margins and accurately book international transfers
• Respond to client queries across all facets of the payment process including tracking funds and coordinating responses with Operations and Settlements
• Respond and clear the Customer Service inbox
• Complete the Credit Breach Report for APAC on a daily basis.
• Gain knowledge of, remain up to date on and work within legislation relevant to the role, e.g. AML, KYC

• To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable referring major changes to line manager
• Responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place
• Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Inputting into value engineering.  Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
• Assisting in the production of bid documentation
• Identifying ways in which cost management procedures, templates and products can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager 
• Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal database
• Process improvement – Identifying ways in which internal systems and processes can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager
• Experience in High tech manufacturing / life sciences project experience would be an advantage experience are preferred. 
• Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• English language skills are required and additional Chinese language skills would be an advantage Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
