More details of the Requirements

Role is a BA for data mart, able to perform BAU support for a risk data mart that is providing data to Basel III LCR reporting, Basel Credit Risk management reporting, Credit Risk management reporting.

Primary role is performed daily and month end checks on the risk data with the focus on:

1. Daily reconciliation / completeness checks and highlighting and following up on reconciliation break
2. Apart from daily BAU, support to upstream projects which impacts data mart and support to downstream reporting queries and enhancements will be required.

In some instances, Risk Analyst may be required to write simple users specifications.

1. Perform daily and month end checks on data in Risk Data Mart including updates of reconciliation reports.
2. Followup and resolve reconciliation breaks.
3. Perform impact assessment and UAT on both upstream projects and downstream enhancement changes.
4. Support end users queries of Risk Mart and Risk Mart projects related configuration changes.
5. Write simple users specifications for Risk Mart.
6. Work with Risk Mart BAU lead to perform and resolve daily and month end reconciliation checks and issues. Update reconciliation documents.
7. Perform UAT and documentation, raise and resolve UAT issues independently.
8. Provide support to end users queries and Risk Mart related projects configuration changes
9. Assist in Risk Mart specifications write-up

A MUST skills :-

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.

• Perform various qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples using modern and automated instrumentation.

• Assist in maintenance and calibration of test instruments per specifications.
• Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation.
• Responsible for checking all results in LIMS/RDS and reporting of any observed results that do not meet the requirement (OOS/OOT/Deviation) for further investigation.
• Destruction of expired finished products/ raw material samples as per SOP and recording the same in the register.
• Responsible for QC lab and equipment/instrument cleanliness.
• Responsible for procuring and receipt of QC lab glassware and consumables.
• Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

REQUIREMENT

• Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A good team player with a positive learning attitude.
• Working knowledge of validation, calibration and operation of laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR and Dissolution equipment.

The Business Performance group at Amgen Singapore Manufacturing (ASM) is seeking candidates with a proven track record in application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, together with a proven record in the use of digital tools to increase productivity, maximizing efficiency, and managing human capital, equipment, and facilities more effectively.

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities and remediating gaps between emerging business requirements / trends and current capabilities. The BA will utilize Operational Excellence (OE) and other digital / statistical tools and methodologies. The BA also supports the formulation of the site OE and Data strategies and drives its execution. The BA will also interface with internal and external OE and Lean networks / data scientists and industry groups.

Responsibilities:

· Identify opportunities to improve the manufacturing and business support processes to ensure the highest quality, lowest cost and shortest lead time.

· Utilize diverse tool set to provide key insights to business performance and communicate outcome to site stakeholder focusing on productivity initiatives.

· Participate in improvement efforts to close gaps leveraging robust improvement methodologies such as Lean and 6-Sigma.

· Support the implementation of Operations Operational Excellence programs e.g. Lean Transformation, Lean Business Systems, Human Performance, etc.

· Support site OE governance and develop / maintain tools for reporting of site metrics.

· Partner with business to Identify and implement productivity improvement projects

· Awareness of Lean / Six Sigmamethodologies.

· Coach and mentor staff working on yellow/green belt projects.

· Leverage current city planning tools such as (Tableau / Spotfire) to create striking visualizations to aid in data interpretation, presentation and usage

· Understanding business needs and co-create with cross functional team to develop novel yet practical data-driven solutions to meet those needs.

· Demonstrating knowledge in modelling and visualization approaches as part of proof-of-concept projects

· Exploring and evaluating new tools and techniques to improve the team’s operational capabilities.

Control Risks' Digital Risks practice works with our global clients to anticipate and mitigate threats, whilst harnessing digital opportunities to drive innovation and growth.

This APAC based role primarily involves delivering analysis of cyber threats and their implications to all business sectors and to public sector organisations and working with global and regional resources to support winning new engagements. The analyst will support delivery of strategic threat assessments and lead on delivery of specific threat consulting engagements, such as response to client subject matter requests and focused threat assessments. The role will also require the analyst to support our tactical CTI team in delivering investigations and responsive intelligence to our Incident Response team. The role requires the candidate to produce, enhance and contribute to content published on our cyber threat intelligence platform. The role will also need to participate in the winning and delivery of bespoke projects for clients, as well as support regional and global marketing activities.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst can be based in Control Risks' offices in Singapore, Sydney, or Hong Kong. Applicants will be currently resident in the locations for which they are applying.

Responsibilities:

Intelligence product delivery and scoping:

• Responsible for proactively collecting and analysing information from all sources to produce actionable intelligence for our bespoke clients.
• Providing analysis of all threat actors – nation state, cybercriminal, activist – from a technical capability assessment perspective and from an intent and motivation perspective.
• Understand our clients requirements, scope their intelligence and commercial needs and work with the CTI, Digital Risks and other teams to provide priced scopes of works that are properly risk assessed across our threat assessment, investigative and digital due diligence product sets.
• Supporting the development of new information sources and capabilities for collection and analysis.
• Produce intelligence reports and update region specific content for the intelligence platform product.

Business development responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining and demonstrating strong subject matter expertise in cyber threat actors, computer network operations, electronic warfare, disinformation and geopolitics through attendance at conferences, industry events and constant research.
• Responsible for liaising with senior team members and other internal teams, such as Markets and Partnerships, to highlight key threat developments and reports to be shared with clients and prospects.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with CTI, Digital Risks and other internal stakeholders to share feedback from client engagements and discussions, including client scope requirements, subject matter asks and commercial intelligence on fees and market preferences.
• To deputise for senior CTI colleagues in reviewing scopes and work, delivering external briefings, pitches and internal engagements.

Marketing and business development:
