You will be part of the University's Office of Admissions, to provide support during student's admission exercises:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries related to Admissions
• Manage scheduled phone calls through Novocall System
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with inquirer
• Attend to walk-in enquiries, and re-direct to other Admissions Officers if needed
• Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to communication procedures and standard operating guidelines
• Assist in updating frequently asked questions (FAQ) for email enquiries
• Provide logistics support for campus visits and admissions events
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Possess at least Diploma certificate
• 2 - 3 years of customer service experience and/or education industry

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support Team Leader in the execution of projects as part of the project team.
• Provide technical support in various stages of project, including conceptual design, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, contract administration, site meetings, etc.
• Prepare schematic design, layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications, etc.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, architects, contractors and suppliers to resolve project issues.
• Supervise and review the work of Assistant Engineers, Designers and/or Drafters in the project team.
• Discuss and propose solutions to technical issues and improvement on design standards.
• Develop technical knowledge and competency.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering)

Job scope

• Create custom probe card designs based on cantilever technology to ensure optimal wafer-level testing performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new designs,preparing layouts and designs for client approval in a timely manner.
• Ensure on-time delivery of designs by managing project timelines and maintaining high-quality standards in all design work.
• Work with local and international engineering teams to facilitate smooth communication and technical alighnment.
• Actively contribute ideas for improving design processes and methodologies, focusing on enhancing efficiency and product quality.
• Assist Senior Engineers with other design and engineering related tasks, gaining exposure to advanced technical challenges and solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical,Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in probe card design, hardware board-level design,semiconductor test, or related areas.
• Candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided.
• Proficient in Autocad for drafting and schematic interpretation.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor design and testing is an advantage.
