THE ROLE:

We are looking for highly qualified and driven individuals to join the FPGA Product Development (FPD) Silicon Integration team. You will work on full-chip and chiplet RTL development and integration for next generation FPGA and programmable SoC products. You will also work with team members across globally diverse regions. The role is based in Sinagpore.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with other like-minded engineers located at different sites. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on challenging problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrate RTL and IP components from different design teams
• Build full-chip RTL connectivity models
• Verify full-chip RTL and models match architectural intent
• Develop custom tools and methodologies to improve development efficiency and quality

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• New college graduate or 1-3 years industry experience and background in RTL (SystemVerilog) digital design
• Understanding of complex FPGA and SoC architectures
• Familiarity with digital design ASIC design flow
• Experience with RTL coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog HDL
• Experience with CAD tools such as VCS, Verdi, Design Compiler, SpyGlass, Lint, LEC, Conformal, CDC/RDC, etc. a plus
• Experience in timing constraints for synthesis and STA at SoC level with Primetime or equivalent tool a plus
• Familiarity with working in Unix/Linux environment and Version Control Software such as Subversion or Perforce
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Perl or Python a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities :

• Working with Senior Engineer on Electrical engineering services design and project administration for building projects in Singapore & Overseas.
• Commissioning of design with close collaboration with other building service discipline design team within office, project Owners and other Consultants.
• Preparation of tender enquiry documents & specification drawings.
• Assisting Owner to call tender, conduct site show around, arranging and conducting of tender interviews, carry out tender evaluation & reports and recommendation of contract award.
• Full project administration including project control, planning, project progress monitoring, costing, attending Owner/Consultant and site meetings (local and overseas), reviewing and approval of shop drawings and materials, progress payment evaluation, attending T&C, etc till full project completion.
• Liaising with authorities for compliances, plan submissions and approval.
• Arranging and attending site inspections by independent inspectors and authorities for clearances.

Requirements :

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services from reputable Polytechnic or University with relevant experience in the building industry.
• Fresh graduate/s are welcome to apply. On the job training will be provided.
• Conversant with Singapore building services Codes, Regulations and requirements is compulsory.
• Conversant with international codes would be an advantage.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Autocad softwares.
• Conversant with Revit software would be an advantage.

We have several available postdoctoral positions at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to work in the area of Robotics. This position focus on supporting the design of algorithm for various robotics applications.

Qualification:
- Relevant PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, , Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related areas
- Strong hands on experience Preference will be given to those with prior robotics project experience such as:
1) SLAM;
2) ROS;
3) Sensor fusion;
4) Machine Learning;
5) Mobile platforms (eg: wheeled robots, legged robots); and
6) Manipulators
