Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved in the interior design process
• Ensure all design related matters are compliant with Company Design Standards, executed on time, progress and comments for rectifications and improvements are documented
• Trace, schedule and set up presentations for meetings
• Assist in the recommendation and appointment of consultants, work with the appointed consultants and properties operator during all stages of projects to ensure practical, effective and durable designs at indicated budget
• Coordinate with various functional heads to formulate design standards, including working closely with the procurement team and be conscious of the approved budget
• Review and comment on drawings and tender documents and liaise with Division Heads to address delays and challenges
• Conduct budget review, material research, tender evaluation and interviews
• Visit and analyze site and projects responsible to compile an Architectural design brief. Upon approval by Owner, it will form as basis for recommendation of Architecture consultants for various element of each project
• Conduct site visits to ensure that approved designs, standards and quality are met and any deviations are documented
• Prepare cost projections for permit and construction impact fees, verify calculation and schedules payment of funds
• Assist to develop, update and amend Company Design Standards to meet business objectives and brand strategies
• Build up and maintain a reference library on designs, new products, technical specifications, materials, etc

Job Requirement

The Sponsorship Manager drives the organisation's sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship events. He/She identifies and pursues potential sponsors after targeted research. The Vice President, Design Services (APAC) is responsible for the oversight of all design and construction related activities for new build projects and major CAPEX projects within the region. • Participate in meetings with the Project Manager, Client and third parties, to communicate specifications, construction scope of work, calculations, data sheets, material requisitions, etc.
• Participate in quality audits in cooperation with the QA/ QC Representative.
• Provide input, cost, technical considerations and capabilities in tender or contract to project manager or manager of projects.
• Perform the squad check of documents and drawings of other disciplines, reviewing all the interfaces to be coordinated, as required per contract and project requirements.
• Involvement during Tender Management & preparation of Bids, when needed.

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess a minimum Degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Data Center projects. Singapore's local project experience is crucial.
