• Evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture design techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Play a key role in client and government management and keep positive feedback and satisfaction; Confer with clients regarding design schemes and implementation.
• Develop solutions that effectively address the social, legal and economic implications of the physical form

Qualifications

Meet the requirements:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred
• Possess accreditation by SILA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience and 3 years of landscape architect experience in Singapore
• Knowledgeable in Greenery requirement by local agencies such as Nparks and PUB.
• Experience in PUB ABC waters will be preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently
• Good knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, Sketch-up

Responsibilities:

• Support the team on interior design scope of work
• Design space planning and concept development
• Generate 3D computerized perspective visuals
• Guide and mentor junior designers

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years experience in luxury residential design and design and build environment
• Competent in designing calm spaces
• Interested to work in well-rounded design and project environment
